1. Who Handles Your Information
Your care involves two parties:
BECM Health RX operates this website and your account. It provides the online intake platform, arranges your evaluation by its contracted, licensed healthcare providers, processes payments, and provides customer support.
Partell Pharmacy is the licensed pharmacy that issues your prescription, when treatment is medically appropriate, and dispenses and ships your medication. Partell Pharmacy is licensed in all 50 states.
Each party handles only the information it needs to perform its role.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us:
Account and contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and shipping and billing address.
Health information you submit in your online intake, such as your medical history, current medications, allergies, symptoms, goals, and any photos or measurements you provide.
Messages you send to us or to your provider through the website.
Payment information, such as your card details, which are entered through our secure checkout (see Section 6).
Information collected automatically:
Device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 9).
3. How We Use Your Information

Enable our contracted, licensed providers to evaluate you and decide whether treatment is medically appropriate.
Share your information with Partell Pharmacy so it can issue your prescription, when appropriate, and dispense and ship your medication to you.

Communicate with you about your evaluation, orders, shipping, and support requests.
Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services.
Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Protected Health Information (PHI) and HIPAA
Some of the health information we collect may be Protected Health Information (“PHI”) under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), to the extent HIPAA applies to the parties involved in your care.
When information is PHI, we and the parties involved in your care use and disclose it only as HIPAA permits. This includes treatment (such as sharing your health information with Partell Pharmacy so it can issue and fill your prescription), payment, and healthcare operations, or as you authorize in writing. We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect PHI.
We do not sell your PHI. We use or disclose PHI for marketing only where HIPAA permits and, where required, with your written authorization. You may revoke an authorization at any time in writing, except to the extent we have already acted on it.
5. How We Share Information
We share information only as follows:
Licensed providers: Our contracted, licensed healthcare providers receive the information they need to evaluate you and provide care.
Partell Pharmacy: We share your health, contact, and shipping information so Partell Pharmacy can issue your prescription, when appropriate, and dispense and deliver your medication.
Service providers: Vendors that help us operate the website, process payments, send messages, host data, or provide support may access information only as needed to perform services for us. They are required to protect it.
Legal and safety reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, to respond to lawful requests from regulators, or to protect the rights, safety, or security of you, us, or others.
Business transfers: If BECM Health RX is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
With your consent: We share information with others when you direct us to or authorize it.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use or share your health information for advertising purposes without your authorization.
6. Payment & Data Security
We take the security of your payment information seriously. All data transmitted through our checkout is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. Credit and debit card transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway, and we do not store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as “BECM Health RX.”
